Everglades Holiday Park Ticket Refund Policy
Ticket Refund Policy:
Ticket refunds will be provided only in the event of extreme emergencies and, in some cases, serious illness and injury. This applies to tickets purchased both online and in person at the park. All ticket refunds must be reviewed case by case by management at Everglades Holiday Park in order to consider each case for a refund.
ONLINE PURCHASE - Tickets purchased online and presented at the park for refund will be reviewed by management. If your case is approved for refund, your credit card will be credited back the amount paid for the tickets purchased through the website. Tickets purchased online cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
ONLINE PURCHASE PARTIAL REFUND - In the event you purchased multiple tickets online and one of the guests in your group has had an extreme emergency, become seriously ill or injured, a park manager will review your case for a partial refund. If your case is approved for a partial refund, you will be credited back the full amount you paid online for all tickets; however, you must purchase new tickets at the front desk for the amount of guests that will be joining you.
AT THE PARK PURCHASE - Tickets purchased at the park and presented for refund will be reviewed by management. If your case is approved for refund, you will either be credited back the amount you paid on your credit card, or you will be given cash back in the same amount if you paid in cash for the tickets.
