The Florida Everglades is the largest subtropical wilderness in the United States and home to the largest concentrations of many species of animals anywhere. Some of the animals you may see through this virtual window on the ‘Glades include gators, West Indian manatees, raccoons, bobcats, otters, and armadillos. Snakes, turtles, frogs, and lizards abound.  Lucky viewers may even spot the reclusive Florida panther or a rare American crocodile. The Everglades is a unique, fragile, and complex ecosystem and one of the best places on the planet for breathtaking flocks of exotic birds, including flamingoes, sandhill cranes, roseate spoonbills, wood storks, and the American bald eagle.
