Fun Snacks for an Outdoor Adventure
It’s easy to make your treats match a day full of adventurous moments! A healthy trail mix is great for connecting to active hiking and exploring. Provide hot dogs and burgers like each park’s carnivores enjoy! Include all your chosen must-haves for a national park-themed birthday.
Want to make your snacks delicious and educational? Gummy worms, goldfish, banana chips, and graham cracker bears are great for connecting to the theme. Each detail will thrill your littlest party-goers. Don’t get any ideas, though. Your hot dogs and gummy worms are strictly for humans; we’ve decided that the national parks’ wildlife have their own food chain to stick with!
Hours of OPERATION
- Airboat tours are *60 minutes in length
- Departing the airboat dock every 20 minutes
- We open at 9:00 AM, and our last tour of the day leaves the dock promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM to receive the full tour experience (hours are subject to change due to daylight savings time).

Fun and Educational Games for All Ages
There are great opportunities for playing games at your party, and you won’t even need Etsy to plan it all out! Here is some inspiration for your kids’ games:
- Play I Spy and watch out for things(both living and non-living) to describe
- Play Follow the Leader with your friends
- Post an Instagram story within the same timeframe and use plenty of tags, to see who receives the most interaction with their story by the end of the party.
There are creative ideas for the adults, as well. Mix up your usual variety of games with some new ones! Bring some cornhole boards from home to throw bags during your party or, picture this, ending your birthday celebration with an eco-friendly (and cleaned-up!) pinata hung from one of our shorter trees. We very much appreciate you not leaving any decor behind when your adventure is over.
A Walk through the ‘Forest’
Take your party-goers on a mini guided hike through Everglades Holiday Park. Kids can learn about the differences between some of our most amazing trees, especially a grove of Banyans and our towering palms. Kids will love hearing about the fruits that come from Banyan trees (figs) and palms (coconuts) and exploring the Everglades forest. They can also learn about how our national parks protect our country’s forests and ecosystems, encouraging us all to make our national park visits look like we never visited at all. Maybe one of our smallest visitors is even a future park ranger!

Our general store includes everything you need to make a day of it, including bait, tackle, snacks, and beer.
Visiting from out of town? We offer fishing equipment rentals and on the premises. For your birthday, we hope you’ll treat yourself to some of the best fishing in the Everglades at Everglades Holiday Park, and don’t worry, it’s always park ranger-approved!

You’ll be so glad you visited! Easy, convenient, and completely unique, our pavilion accommodates up to 75 people for a special day of fun in the sun for your next Everglades birthday party. If your party has more than 75 people in it, we have other venues that allow for groups of larger sizes.
