Official Rules:

No entry fee or purchase is required to enter. This drawing is sponsored by Everglades Holiday Park. This drawing begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59pm EST. Everglades Holiday Park reserves the right to modify these official rules if necessary. No information gathered through this drawing will ever be given out to anyone at any time and will be used only to administer the drawing. No responsibility is assumed by Everglades Holiday Park for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or inaccurate entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Everglades Holiday Park.

How to Enter: You may enter the drawing online only at the Everglades Holiday Park web site by completing the official form. All required fields must be completely filled out to be eligible for drawing. Only one entry per household per month is allowed. More than the allowed entries per month will disqualify all entries for that month. Entries submitted by any automated service or program will disqualify all your entries. You cannot submit entries on behalf of another person.

Eligibility: You must be a resident of the US or Canada and at least 18 years of age to enter this drawing. Void in Quebec or where prohibited by law.

Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. Two Airboat Tour Tickets will be awarded.

Winner will be notified by email. Winner must reply within 7 days or prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.

By participating in this drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The decisions of Everglades Holiday Park shall be final. Everglades Holiday Park is not responsible for any events arising from any condition beyond their control that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted. Everglades Holiday Park reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the drawing in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties without any liability to any entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. By participating in the drawing, the participant agrees to release and hold Everglades Holiday Park, and its employees, officers, owners and representatives and sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
